By using Darkmen ("the Service"), you acknowledge and agree to every section below. Your acceptance is recorded together with your subscription purchase.
1. Information only — not financial advice
Darkmen provides automated information feeds — signals, alerts, and dashboards aggregated from public market data. Everything we deliver is informational and educational only. Nothing on the Service constitutes:
- Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from any digital asset, security, derivative, or financial instrument.
- A solicitation or an offer to enter into any transaction.
- Tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.
- A representation or warranty that any signal will be profitable, accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose.
We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or jurisdiction. You must make your own decisions or consult a qualified, licensed advisor before acting on anything you see here.
2. We are not a regulated financial entity
Darkmen is not registered, licensed, or supervised as any of the following, and does not act in any of these capacities:
- An investment adviser under the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state investment-adviser law.
- A broker-dealer under the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
- A commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or introducing broker under the US Commodity Exchange Act, regulated by the CFTC or NFA.
- A money services business or money transmitter under FinCEN regulations or US state money-transmission laws.
- An investment firm, MiFID II investment service provider, or crypto-asset service provider under EU Regulation 2023/1114 (MiCA), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), or any national implementation thereof.
- An FCA-authorised firm under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
- A bank, credit institution, payment institution, e-money issuer, or custodian under any law.
We do not handle, custody, route, settle, or execute trades. We do not hold client funds or assets. The Service is a passive information feed.
3. Crypto-asset risks you accept
Trading cryptocurrencies and crypto-derivatives is highly risky. You acknowledge:
- Prices are volatile and can move 50%+ within hours.
- You may lose the entire amount you invest, and in leveraged products you may lose more than you invest.
- Liquidity can disappear without notice; orders may not fill at expected prices.
- Smart contracts may contain bugs, exploits, or governance changes that result in total loss.
- Centralised exchanges may halt withdrawals, become insolvent, or be sanctioned.
- Tax treatment of crypto varies by jurisdiction and may change retroactively.
- Regulatory action (in the US, EU, UK, or your country) can render assets, services, or strategies illegal.
- Past performance shown in any signal, backtest, or example does not indicate future results.
4. No representations about data
Signals are derived from third-party sources (block explorers, exchange APIs, news feeds, public smart contracts, on-chain oracles, prediction markets). We do not warrant that:
- Source data is accurate, complete, or current.
- Signals are timely; alerts may be delayed by minutes, hours, or longer.
- Pricing, on-chain balances, or volume figures match any specific exchange or block-explorer reading.
- The Service is free of errors, bugs, or downtime.
We may at any time change, suspend, or discontinue any signal, module, or feature without notice.
5. You are solely responsible for your decisions
Whatever you do with information from the Service is your decision and your responsibility. This includes, without limitation:
- Whether to enter, exit, or skip any position.
- The size, leverage, venue, and timing of trades.
- Custody of funds, key management, and operational security.
- Compliance with tax filing, KYC/AML, and securities laws in your jurisdiction.
If you are uncertain whether trading any asset is legal where you live, stop and consult a qualified local lawyer before acting.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, or non-infringement.
- Darkmen, its operators, contributors, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or trading losses — arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any limitation in this section unenforceable, our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
7. No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship
Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or employment relationship between you and Darkmen.
8. Forward-looking statements
Any statement on the Service that is not a present fact — including projections, forecasts, scenario analyses, or implied probabilities (e.g. "75% chance of X by Y") — is a forward-looking statement subject to material risks and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
9. Third-party content
The Service may include links to or quotations from third-party websites, social-media posts, news outlets, or analyst reports. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Following any external link is at your own risk.
10. Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions
You represent that you are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or otherwise subject to comprehensive sanctions by the US (OFAC SDN list, comprehensive embargo list), EU, UK, or UN. You agree not to use the Service to facilitate any activity that would violate sanctions or anti-money-laundering law in any applicable jurisdiction.

By checking "I agree" at checkout (or by continuing to use the Service after the effective date above), you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in full, and that this acceptance is recorded with your payment for evidentiary purposes.
